Job Summary

Driving institutional subscription sales within academic and public library sectors, the full-time Senior Manager, Subscription Partnerships will oversee a portfolio of clients, manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer activation and satisfaction, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting academic markets and US public libraries to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, conducting product demonstrations and attending industry events to generate leads
  • Manage the entire sales process, preparing persuasive proposals and negotiating contracts while providing exceptional customer service
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in educational or group corporate sales
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience managing a sales pipeline
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently while being self-motivated and target-driven
