Senior Manager, Supplier Performance

Job Summary

Driving supplier quality management strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Supplier Performance will oversee supplier oversight, data analytics, and auditing execution in a remote capacity to ensure compliance and reliability of external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality point of contact for critical external suppliers and support quality business reviews to align operational decisions with compliance standards
• Own the tracking and analysis of Global Supplier Quality metrics, synthesizing data into performance reports for management decision-making
• Coordinate and execute audits as per the global supplier audit schedule, ensuring regulatory expectations are met and maintaining quality agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry with a focus on quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with TrackWise Digital and proficiency in managing workflows within the platform
• Knowledge of global GxP regulations, including FDA and EU GMP standards
• Proven experience executing supplier audits using risk-based methodologies
