Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Execution process, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to enhance supplier performance and reduce excess inventory
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while managing cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive management experience in Supply Chain roles
• Experience in global high-volume manufacturing and regulated industries, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Certification in APICS CSCP/CPIM or CSCMP is desirable
