Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Senior Manager, End to End Planning will oversee and optimize the complete supply chain, including demand and supply planning, procurement, and distribution, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring governance and executive alignment
• Integrate demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans to deliver a balanced and executable operating plan
• Direct supply and production planning across manufacturing sites to align capacity constraints with demand

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
