Senior Manager, Supply Enablement

Job Summary

Leading a team of enablement and activation specialists, the full-time Senior Manager, Supply Enablement will develop high-quality training programs and content strategies to enhance field operations and drive measurable performance outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on content creation, training development, and go-to-market program delivery
• Co-own the end-to-end enablement content strategy, ensuring the production of audience-specific, high-quality training materials
• Partner with regional leads and cross-functional stakeholders to implement new product launches and strategic initiatives effectively

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales enablement or a closely related field, preferably in a high-growth tech or marketplace company
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing enablement or go-to-market teams
• Frontline sales experience with a deep understanding of sales processes and needs
• Proven expertise with AI-powered enablement tools and instructional design
• Strong data fluency and experience in designing and interpreting experiments
