Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager National Systems Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver new hire training on CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems
• Update training materials and provide ongoing training on system enhancements for field sales teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve user experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Strong command of CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems
• Previous experience in a training or coaching role supporting field teams
• Ability to work in a transforming and ambiguous environment
• Experience in selecting and managing training vendors
