Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 13+ years of related talent acquisition experience, focusing on technical hiring
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
