Job Summary

Leading the US recruiting team, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will manage high-impact requisitions, develop scalable hiring strategies, and enhance the candidate experience while collaborating closely with Sales and GTM leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the US Recruiting team, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM requisitions while acting as a player-coach
  • Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies and programs to attract top talent
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in corporate and agency settings
  • 3 to 5 years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and development
  • Proven experience in recruiting for enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Expert-level sourcing capabilities and strong data analytics skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
