Job Summary
Leading the US recruiting team, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will manage high-impact requisitions, develop scalable hiring strategies, and enhance the candidate experience while collaborating closely with Sales and GTM leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the US Recruiting team, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM requisitions while acting as a player-coach
- Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies and programs to attract top talent
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in corporate and agency settings
- 3 to 5 years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and development
- Proven experience in recruiting for enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Expert-level sourcing capabilities and strong data analytics skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
