Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of early career talent strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will oversee internship, university recruiting, and entry-level hiring programs while collaborating with various teams to enhance the candidate experience and build sustainable talent pipelines, primarily based in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year emerging talent strategy aligned with workforce planning needs
• Lead university recruiting and early career hiring programs across the organization
• Build partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Typically 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, university recruiting, or related HR fields
• At least 3 years of experience leading recruiting or talent development teams
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling early career hiring programs
• Proven success in developing enterprise-wide university recruiting strategies
