Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development Leadership and Executive Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the enterprise leadership development strategy and multi-year roadmap
  • Design differentiated development pathways for various leadership levels and develop scalable leadership programs
  • Measure program effectiveness and oversee leadership development portfolio governance and budgets
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 1+ years in supervisory or management roles
  • Preferred degree in I/O Psychology, OD, HR, Learning Sciences, or MBA, along with relevant certifications
  • Deep knowledge of leadership development, adult learning theory, and organizational development frameworks
  • Experience in designing tailored development pathways for various audience levels
  • Proficiency in modern learning methods and technology, including LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning tools
