Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development Leadership and Executive Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise leadership development strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Design differentiated development pathways for various leadership levels and develop scalable leadership programs
- Measure program effectiveness and oversee leadership development portfolio governance and budgets
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 1+ years in supervisory or management roles
- Preferred degree in I/O Psychology, OD, HR, Learning Sciences, or MBA, along with relevant certifications
- Deep knowledge of leadership development, adult learning theory, and organizational development frameworks
- Experience in designing tailored development pathways for various audience levels
- Proficiency in modern learning methods and technology, including LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning tools
