Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global talent management initiatives, including employee listening programs and survey design
  • Act as a talent partner for Investor Services and Corporate Functions, ensuring effective adoption of enterprise talent processes
  • Monitor and evaluate talent initiatives using HR analytics to refine programs and recommend interventions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management focused on enterprise talent initiatives
  • Certification in Hogan Personality Assessments
  • Strong program leadership skills in design, deployment, and measurement
  • Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Workday and Qualtrics
