Senior Manager, Talent Relations

Job Summary

Driving the growth of the talent recommendation engine, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Relations will optimize talent workflows, secure high-profile creators for advertiser needs, and build new programs while supporting a remote or Los Angeles-based work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and optimize the proprietary talent recommendation workflow for upcoming advertiser and content opportunities
• Source, pitch, and secure high-profile hosts and digital creators for branded content initiatives
• Build and scale a new creator correspondent program to enhance media presence and event coverage

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in talent management, talent relations, casting, or within a digital talent agency
• Proven success in booking and negotiating talent for branded content and advertising campaigns
• Existing network of relationships with talent managers, digital agents, and independent creators
• Experience managing talent databases or roster libraries under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate high-profile creators and corporate clients
