Job Summary
Driving the growth of the talent recommendation engine, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Relations will optimize talent workflows, secure high-profile creators for advertiser needs, and build new programs while supporting a remote or Los Angeles-based work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and optimize the proprietary talent recommendation workflow for upcoming advertiser and content opportunities
- Source, pitch, and secure high-profile hosts and digital creators for branded content initiatives
- Build and scale a new creator correspondent program to enhance media presence and event coverage
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in talent management, talent relations, casting, or within a digital talent agency
- Proven success in booking and negotiating talent for branded content and advertising campaigns
- Existing network of relationships with talent managers, digital agents, and independent creators
- Experience managing talent databases or roster libraries under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate high-profile creators and corporate clients
