Job Summary

Leading strategic talent partnerships, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Strategy will develop a team of Talent Strategy Partners and implement scalable practices to enhance workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Strategy Partners to strengthen leadership effectiveness and talent outcomes
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies and workforce plans
  • Drive company-wide talent programs, including performance management and succession planning, using data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Strategy, or related fields
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing HR or Talent Strategy teams
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design and change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage workforce data and business metrics to influence strategic decisions
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
