Job Summary
Leading a team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Account Management will ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Ping Identity's solutions for Elite customers, while focusing on operational health, customer retention, and strategic advocacy in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, establishing performance standards and career development plans
- Define and implement the technical account management roadmap for Elite accounts, aligning team capabilities with evolving IAM deployment models
- Oversee proactive account health measures, including architectural design reviews and risk assessments, to ensure optimal customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical account management or complex IT delivery
- 5+ years of direct people management experience with technical, client-facing teams
- Proven track record of scaling technical delivery teams and maximizing customer experience
- Experience interfacing with C-level executives and navigating complex organizational dynamics
- Deep knowledge of large-scale enterprise IT ecosystems and security architectures
