Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interpretation, application, and documentation of complex US GAAP across corporate functions and businesses
• Manage relationships with external auditors and support the financial reporting process for SEC filings
• Oversee the adoption of new accounting standards and ensure consistency in accounting practices across all business units

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 10 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience, including 5 years at a managerial level or above
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and extensive audit experience
• Ability to lead the implementation and documentation of accounting standards
