Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical accounting authority for complex transactions and develop structured contract review processes
• Lead preparation of complex global financial analyses and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Design and implement global controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and support audit execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
