Senior Manager Technical Accounting Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Technical Accounting & Reporting for a US Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and document technical accounting matters for various transactions
• Prepare financial statements and accounting memos for complex transactions
• Support the preparation of company disclosures and assist with the monthly close process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license
• 8 to 10 years of general accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
• IFRS experience preferred
• Accounting experience with publicly-traded companies is a plus
