Job Summary

Leading a small team while managing client engagements, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Delivery will oversee scoping and discovery, team leadership, and client delivery in a remote setting, contributing to both billable work and operational health.

Key responsibilities
  • Support discovery sessions to define client requirements and develop scopes of work
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Owners, setting performance expectations and supporting career growth
  • Carry a portion of billable work as a practicing PM/PO on active client engagements, ensuring effective delivery
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, delivery management, or a comparable role, with at least 2 years in a client-facing consultancy environment
  • Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context, including scoping billable work and managing client expectations
  • Web, Platform, and SaaS delivery experience, including familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce
  • Proven people leadership experience, with a focus on developing team members in a delivery context
  • Experience writing scopes of work and managing financial performance of client engagements
