Job Summary

Leading the documentation operating model for data center operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Documentation will manage documentation strategy, governance, and team development while ensuring accurate and field-usable technical content in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical documentation strategy and governance model for Central Data Center Operations
• Lead and develop a team of documentation professionals supporting data center operations content
• Establish and maintain enterprise documentation standards for various operational procedures and guides

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical documentation or related fields in complex technical environments
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or documentation initiatives in large-scale organizations
• Strong understanding of data center operations and critical infrastructure concepts
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
