Senior Manager, Technical Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Technical Lead to oversee Digital Technology Transformation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on enhancing finance application stability and development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning and support of Digital Technology Transformation efforts, ensuring timely and accurate data conversion and integration
• Lead technical teams and vendors in executing testing strategies, maintaining application KPIs, and driving continuous improvement
• Document and maintain comprehensive functional and technical requirements, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience/certification
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT application development and support, including 5+ years in enterprise financial applications
• 5+ years of technology leadership experience in managed services environments
• Extensive experience with data integrations and troubleshooting in complex application environments
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including managing technical priorities within a backlog
