Senior Manager, Technical Product Innovation

Job Summary

To advance innovation strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Product Innovation will partner with the Vice President to develop and implement technology solutions that enhance processes, improve system capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for servicing technology solutions
• Lead initiatives to evaluate and optimize business processes, enhancing operational performance and system functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions that support organizational priorities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, product innovation, or operational improvement roles
• Strong background in business process analysis and workflow optimization
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies; familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Experience in mortgage servicing or financial services preferred
