Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the charter and responsibilities of the US TPM team
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing TPMs
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer launches and incidents
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementations or Professional Services delivery
- 5+ years of people management experience in technical customer-facing delivery
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures and API/SDK integrations
- Ability to engage effectively across various audiences, from developers to senior executives
