Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the charter and responsibilities of the US TPM team
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing TPMs
  • Lead executive-level discussions around delivery timelines and major customer incidents
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementations or Professional Services delivery
  • 5+ years of people management experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments
  • Deep understanding of cloud architectures and API/SDK integrations
  • Ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels
