Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters focusing on hiring for Product and Engineering roles
  • Partner with C-level leaders on hiring strategies and influence decision-making using data
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans and oversee recruitment processes and tools
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Experience in building and developing high-performing recruiting teams
  • Proven ability to drive sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with various ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is a plus
  • Experience in product-led tech companies is preferred
