Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters focusing on hiring for Product and Engineering roles
- Partner with C-level leaders on hiring strategies and influence decision-making using data
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans and oversee recruitment processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience in building and developing high-performing recruiting teams
- Proven ability to drive sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with various ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is a plus
- Experience in product-led tech companies is preferred
