Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, and lead a team of Technical Specialists to achieve sales targets
- Own and execute the technical sales strategy aligned with account priorities
- Aggregate insights from technical sales activities to provide strategic feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within SaaS or enterprise software
- 5+ years of people management experience leading senior contributors or managers
- Experience aligning technical sales strategy to revenue goals and forecast accuracy
- Strong business acumen to translate customer challenges into solutions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive audiences
