Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Services to join their Professional Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects to drive customer retention and growth
- Collaborate with customers to ensure they realize the full potential of solutions and advocate for their requirements within the organization
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or 9-12 years of relevant experience with 4-7 years in management
- Proven leadership experience (4+ years) in postsales management, professional services, or customer support in a technology-driven environment
- Strong consulting background with the ability to translate customer needs into effective service solutions
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and experience in developing postsales strategies
- Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies, with a track record of enhancing service delivery through implementation
