Senior Manager, Technical Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Solution Engineer will translate business requirements into solution designs, lead technology teams in building effective HR applications, and provide expert support throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on custom-developed applications and potential expansion into SAAS products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake of work to the Global Technology team and oversee the Product Backlog roadmap, defining project schedules and evaluating resource allocation
• Lead technical discovery to identify pain points and design solutions, including the development of wireframes and prototypes for UI/UX design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions and contribute to the execution of the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience/certification
• 7+ years of experience in information technology application development, with a focus on user-centered digital experiences
• 5+ years' experience with full stack development principles and practices
• Experience with front-end development using React and TypeScript, as well as back-end development using Java, NodeJS, and NestJS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions
