Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technology - Enterprise Capability PMO/Technical Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management for areas of responsibility, setting the direction for operations and change-the-business across technical functional areas
- Direct technical planning, engagement in issue identification and problem-solving, and adoption of functional change within the technology group
- Identify operational and strategic risks, remain current on new technology, and coordinate training for departmental staff
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
- In-depth knowledge of primary technology area and strong demonstrated people skills
- Prefer experience managing multiple technology functions
- Experience interacting with sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure project deliverables are met or exceeded
