Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operational owner of the MSP technology stack, ensuring platforms are optimized and aligned to business needs

Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including ITSM and RMM tools
Proven success in designing and executing tool strategies that improve service outcomes
Experience with automation platforms and strong project management skills
Prior hands-on experience with platforms like ConnectWise and IT Glue
