Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Telephonic Intake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of Telephonic Intake Representatives to provide exceptional service to clients
  • Manage workflow, monitor call queues, and ensure department performance meets or exceeds goals and client service standards
  • Implement policy and process changes, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with other teams to optimize performance

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, preferably in call center or intake management
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to engage, retain, and develop talent
  • Knowledge of federal and state disability and leave laws, including FMLA and Short Term Disability
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • High School degree required, college degree preferred
