Senior Manager, Tooling & Enablement

Job Summary

To support an effective Data and AI governance program, the full-time Senior Manager, Tooling & Enablement will manage the evaluation, implementation, and operationalization of technology capabilities while ensuring compliance with governance standards in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Data & AI Governance tooling in alignment with enterprise governance objectives
• Evaluate and implement tools that support data governance standards and controls in collaboration with Global Technology Engineering
• Drive adoption and effective use of governance tools through enablement, training, and change management strategies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT, data governance, data management, or enterprise tooling strategy
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with tool evaluation, selection, and optimization for data and AI governance
• Understanding of governance controls, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements
• Proven ability to drive enterprise tooling adoption and operationalization
