Job Summary

Leading compensation strategy and program execution across the U.S. and Canada, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Total Rewards will advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions, drive governance of compensation practices, and develop data-driven insights to support talent and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on pay decisions and lead the execution of compensation processes, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Develop data-driven recommendations and actionable insights on compensation programs to support effective talent management
  • Ensure compliance with compensation practices and contribute to the development of related policies and governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
  • Experience in large, multinational organizations with complex compensation programs
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Qlik
  • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA and pay equity considerations
