Job Summary
Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Manager, Total Rewards will oversee total rewards, compliance, and HR systems, focusing on the administration and improvement of benefits programs, compensation analysis, and HRIS management while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and improve employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective vendor management
- Lead compensation benchmarking, market pricing studies, and internal pay equity reviews
- Oversee HRIS platform management, ensuring data integrity, security, and process automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in benefits, compensation, and HRIS
- HR certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing self-insured health and welfare plans
- Advanced HRIS administration experience, preferably with Paylocity or similar systems
