Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Training & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Field Training and Development Department to achieve departmental objectives
  • Develops and implements targeted training programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Designs and assesses the effectiveness of training programs for customer-facing field personnel
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Two years of training and/or people leadership/management experience preferred
  • Experience with adult learning concepts and training techniques
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and project management skills
