Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Training & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Field Training and Development Department to achieve departmental objectives
- Develops and implements targeted training programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Designs and assesses the effectiveness of training programs for customer-facing field personnel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Two years of training and/or people leadership/management experience preferred
- Experience with adult learning concepts and training techniques
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and project management skills
