Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager I - Transformation Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale transformational change initiatives
• Manage the implementation of governance frameworks to align with organizational strategy
• Provide transparency to senior leadership regarding initiative progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' work experience, or 11 years of combined higher education and work experience
• Minimum of 7 years' work experience in project, program, or portfolio management
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ScrumMaster preferred
• Prior management consulting or client service experience is a plus
