Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Transformation Effectiveness to shape and implement organizational transformation strategies
• Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring alignment and effective implementation across teams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change enablement approaches to support organizational alignment and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8-10 years of relevant experience in transformation, strategy, or program management
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Minimum of 6 years managing change management projects
• Proven ability to develop structured materials for decision-making
• Experience using data to support decision-making and progress tracking
