Job Summary
Supporting strategic planning and execution, the remote Senior Manager Transformation Lead will manage a portfolio of initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, customer experience, and financial outcomes while ensuring cross-functional alignment and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with operating priorities and goals
- Coordinate governance practices and maintain visibility into multiple workstreams to track progress and escalate issues as needed
- Implement performance tracking mechanisms to monitor initiative effectiveness and ensure operational improvements are connected to measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, business operations, or transformation
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution through governance and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in developing executive-ready materials and performance reporting
- Strong organizational and influence skills with the ability to engage senior leaders
