Senior Manager, Transformation Strategy

Job Summary

To shape the organization's understanding of enterprise transformation, the full-time Senior Manager, Transformation Strategy will establish a data-driven narrative around transformation priorities and outcomes while working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a consistent, data-driven view of transformation priorities, progress, and business impact
• Synthesize insights from various initiatives into clear executive-level narratives and recommendations
• Develop materials that support senior leadership discussions related to transformation strategy and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in executive communications, strategy, consulting, or change leadership
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation development skills
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation environments preferred
