Senior Manager Transportation Solutions

Job Summary

Leading the design of innovative transportation solutions, the full-time remote Senior Manager Transportation Solutions will develop and optimize logistics networks, manage a team of engineers, and support new business pursuits by delivering compelling proposals that align with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the bid submission process by reviewing RFP documents and developing solution designs that deliver unique value to customers
• Execute design processes to create, redesign, or optimize logistics networks, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities
• Lead consulting projects to understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of six years of experience in the transportation industry, including knowledge of various transportation services
• Minimum of six years of experience in warehousing or manufacturing operations
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Extensive knowledge of transportation and warehouse design tools and methodologies, including simulation software and data analytics
