A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Global Trip Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members while fostering a positive safety culture
• Ensure operational excellence through key performance indicators focused on quality and customer satisfaction
• Develop strong relationships with customers and drive technology advancements within the team

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in global flight operations, including trip planning or flight dispatch
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct report oversight
• U.S. citizen capable of supporting U.S. DoD and other government contracts
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
