Senior Manager, Trust M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Trust Mergers & Acquisitions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Trust M&A strategy, ensuring integration of security, privacy, resilience, and AI governance
• Assess potential acquisition targets to identify risks and ensure informed decision-making
• Lead and mentor a team of Trust M&A professionals while delivering data-driven reporting to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Risk Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Deep technical expertise in security engineering, application security, network security, and data protection
• Proven leadership in managing cybersecurity programs and M&A processes
