Job Summary

Senior Manager, Trust & Safety is a remote, full-time position responsible for leading operations in risk management, managing a team, and driving strategic initiatives to protect customers and uphold platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction and operational roadmaps for Trust & Safety
• Manage and develop Trust & Safety Leads to enhance team performance and accountability
• Oversee risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with legal standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership, including managing team leads or managers
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across various functions
