Senior Manager, Trust & Safety
Job Summary
Leading the development of a trusted marketplace, the full-time Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build and manage a dedicated team, and ensure compliance across operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement trust policies and protocols to enhance marketplace safety
- Build and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution
- Monitor trust-breaching incidents and report on the overall state of Marketplace Trust to leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-stakes situations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; advanced study preferred
