Senior Manager, Trust & Safety

Job Summary

Leading the development of a safe and trusted marketplace, the full-time Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build and scale a dedicated team, and ensure policy enforcement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust parameters and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Build and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution
• Establish monitoring processes for trust incidents and prepare reports on marketplace trust status

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced study preferred
