Senior Manager, Trust & Safety

Job Summary

To build a trusted marketplace, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, lead a team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution, and collaborate across departments to ensure a safe and reliable environment, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust protocols and develop response strategies for trust-breaching incidents
• Hire and scale a Trust & Safety team responsible for policy enforcement and network health compliance
• Establish monitoring processes for trust incidents and prepare reports for leadership on marketplace trust status

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or comparable roles, with 3+ years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams focused on dispute resolution and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional judgment and decisiveness in high-stakes situations
• Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced study preferred
