Senior Manager, Trust & Safety

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Trust & Safety initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build a dedicated team, and develop systems to ensure a safe marketplace while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Transform policies into actionable playbooks and establish monitoring processes for trust-related incidents
• Hire and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and network health compliance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution
• Hands-on experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced study preferred
