Job Summary

Senior Manager, UM Operations provides full-time strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance and efficiency in authorization and clinical review processes while overseeing daily operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily UM operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor UM managers and staff, promoting a collaborative team culture and driving performance accountability
• Manage audit readiness and respond to internal and external audits, implementing corrective action plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of Utilization Management or healthcare operations experience
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing UM teams or clinical operations
• Extensive knowledge of UM processes and related systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
