Senior Manager, Unclaimed Property

Job Summary

Leading the bank's enterprise-wide unclaimed property compliance program, the full-time Senior Manager, Unclaimed Property will ensure adherence to multi-state regulatory requirements while collaborating with various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the unclaimed property compliance framework and governance model
• Oversee compliance with state unclaimed property laws and manage timely multi-state reporting
• Serve as the primary liaison for audits and regulatory exams related to unclaimed property

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Bank Operations including management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Understanding of accounting practices and banking regulations
• Leadership experience in Unclaimed Property & Escheatment
• Experience in managing teams across multiple locations
• Proficiency in Windows applications, including Access and Visio
