Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Underwriting - AI Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for AI-enabled underwriting
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions and workflows to improve underwriting processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to specify requirements for decisioning platforms and track operational KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Merchant Underwriting or related domains
• Proven track record of delivering underwriting or risk transformation programs
• Hands-on familiarity with risk/decisioning platforms and data analysis
• Experience designing and deploying AI-supported workflows in a risk context
