Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, U.S. Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the U.S. benefits team and oversee the design and negotiation of benefits plans
- Participate in the U.S. 401(k) Committee and manage the annual open enrollment cycle
- Ensure compliance through audits and manage vendor relationships for benefits programs
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA or equivalent experience/training in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant benefits and staff management experience for a multi-state employer
- Strong program and vendor management experience
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems
