Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, U.S. Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the U.S. benefits team and oversee the design and negotiation of benefits plans
  • Participate in the U.S. 401(k) Committee and manage the annual open enrollment cycle
  • Ensure compliance through audits and manage vendor relationships for benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • BS or BA or equivalent experience/training in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant benefits and staff management experience for a multi-state employer
  • Strong program and vendor management experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems
